Refund policy

Refund Policy: Right of withdrawal: ​

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, GOOD GIRL BAD HABITS, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear email statement (contact@goodgirl-badhabits.com). To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless a different method is expressly agreed upon with you. You will not incur any fees for this repayment. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in the value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
